We will count on you to:
SERVICING & SALES
Preparation, delivery and presentation of comprehensive proposals for investment counsel services to high net worth clients.
Support client requirements for withdrawals, deposits, objectives changes, additional investments, tax management, charitable contributions, etc.
Prepare, maintain, and undertake a client service program designed to assess and meet the needs of a specified group of clients.
Prepare in-depth wealth planning and financial planning reports for all clients. Plans will be prepared using SNAP / Naviplan or some other authorized software.
Develop, update, and maintain a set of standard templates which will be used on a quarterly basis to drive the client update and meeting process.
Facilitate the client acquisition process by preparing and supporting the execution of account opening documentation packages.
What you need to have:
Required to obtain and maintain appropriate registration as an associate portfolio manager and ultimately a portfolio manager (when qualified) with provincial securities commissions.
Maintain appropriate records, notes, and documentation relating to all interactions with prospects, clients, and client advisors.
Must be accessible by clients as required.
Review of quarterly reports prior to distribution.
Travel within and out of province is required from time to time.
