We are looking for someone who loves solving tough business problems and brings
creative thinking and ideas to drive innovation and growth behind our portfolio
of P&G brands. As a part of our A&I team, you will get the chance to
work on some of the world’s largest brands while partnering with industry
leaders to transform the media data and analytics space.

We are
currently looking for a Media Analytics Marketing Operations Manager with 2-3
years’ experience to join our team in Toronto, beginning Fall 2020.

As a
Media Analytics Marketing Operations Manager, your role will focus on the

following:
  • Media Measurement and Optimization to Improve Media Investment ROI and Media Planning
  • Media Big Data: Leveraging data sets,
data mining, and capability creation to fuel insights, optimization and
measurement

  • Training and development plan : Learn P&G media end-to-end
processes, terms, and foundational concepts. Includes application management
support.

Please
note this will be a full-time contract position. At the end of
the 12 month contract, based on performance, fit, and Company need,
P&G may consider making the contract position permanent .

We are
looking for a leader, strategic thinker, and an excellent communicator. You
should have a passion for analyzing data to help drive strategic
decision-making, with a track record of setting priorities and following through
on commitments. This position would be well-suited for someone with 2-3
years’ professional experience in media analytics, measurement,
and optimization.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with media key performance metrics and/or complex systems and
tools inclusive of programmatic.

  • Strong data and analytic skills , as evidenced by experience using: Excel
(cross-tabbing, complex formulas, visualization); big data manipulation tools
such as Power BI/Tableau; SQL; probability; descriptive statistics, etc.

  • Data-driving curiosity and analytical mindset: Proven track record of
delivering actionable insights from data.

  • Experience in statistical hypothesis testing: Proven ability to form
hypotheses, run experiments, and provide business with data-based rationale to
support recommendations that include measurement and optimization.

  • Agility and bias for action: Experience managing projects independently,
with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changes across our brands, marketplace,
and consumers.

  • Effective
communicator , with the ability to
leverage verbal and visual communication to drive action.

  • Strong service orientation , with a mindset focused on delivering on the
needs of customers (our brands).

  • Strong team player , with the ability to collaborate with a
diverse group of professionals.

  • Experience
with JMP, KNIME, Python, and predictive modelling would be assets, but are not
required.
