Exciting career opportunity within a Real Estate Brokerage firm in Chilliwack!. As a conveyancer of the office, you will be working with the Managing Broker, office employees and REALTORS® of the company, handling bookkeeping, conveyance and operational duties associated with the office.

DUTIES:

Deal conveyancing
Drafting and coordinating deal documentation when required
Answering and directing incoming calls
Maintaining deal database
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Commission payouts for Real Estate Broker
GST Remittances
Monthly trust and general account bank reconciliations
Invoicing to Brokers and Project clients
Weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Bookkeeping
Banking when required (driving required)
Attending to operational duties in the office
Miscellaneous duties for managing broker and owners

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Supervision is limited.
Taking initiative, being part of the "A" team and the ability to stay on task is
imperative. Asking relevant questions is encouraged.

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications should include a post secondary education with bookkeeping or accounting courses and a minimum of 1+ years conveyance experience.
Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook and experience with Real Estate Software is a plus. Experience with Lone Wolf is required.
Applicants with real estate industry experience are preferred.

EMPLOYMENT STIPULATIONS:

Work day: 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday
Overtime may be required on specific occasions
Transportation is required
