Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, the Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics, will develop new machine learning algorithms and data products for Customer Churn, Customer Life Time Value (CLV), Attribution and more. The ideal candidate will have business intelligence experience in Marketing and Risk management.

Required Competencies:
Proven track record in developing Marketing predictive models such Customer Life Time Value, Customer Churn, Segmentation and Targeting, Marketing Mix Modeling, Attribution Modeling.
Run and statistically evaluate statistical models such as Machine Learning, Optimization, Neural Networks, and Artificial Intelligence
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, solution architects to create solutions to meet business and technical opportunities
Understand and communicate technical advantages and tradeoffs between data models
Understand the customers business need and guide them to a solution using our services
Assist customers by being able to deliver a ML / DL project from beginning to end, including understanding the business need, aggregating data, exploring data, building & validating predictive models, and deploying completed models to deliver business impact to the organization.
Know how to use SparkML and Amazon Machine Learning (AML) to help our customers build ML models
Serve as part of a data consultancy team to analyze, extract, normalize, and label relevant data
Serve as part of a data consultancy team to help our customers operationalize and understand models after they are built
Understand ways to prevent and remove inappropriate bias from within our models
Assist customers with identifying model drift and retraining models
Research and implement novel ML and DL methods.
Know how to use Deep Learning frameworks like MXNet, Caffe 2, Tensorflow, Theano, CNTK, and Keras to help our customers build DL models
Hyper Personalization and Rapid experimentation experience leveraging unstructured data, deep learning and neural networks.
Experience in building models using Digital Analytics data such Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter and more is preferable.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of business intelligent experience preferable in the domains of Marketing & Risk management, designing and implementing predictive models within a Financial Services Organization with focus on retail lending
Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor's degree accepted: in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, engineering or mathematics.
Experience working with very large databases, data mining and/or data warehousing
Good working knowledge of SAS or other computing languages used for statistical analysis with documentation capability.
Have experience with various platforms including, AWS AI Platforms, AWS AI Frameworks, and AWS AI EC2 Instances
2+ years of data mining experience using decision trees, regressions, clustering etc.
Competent skill level with SAS, BI Tools, Python/R, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and Microsoft Access
