We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Provide knowledgeable assistance to callers on a wide number of services and caller situations
Maintain individual performance relative to identified inbound phone answer rates, customer/caller satisfaction and quality standards
Maintain the highest level of professionalism when representing the College to all callers
Book tours of the College with members of our Student Advisory Services team and potential students
Actively promote our Student Massage Therapy Clinic through gift card sales
Protects student and client confidentiality

Required Skills and Education:
Previous sales experience
Demonstrated customer service excellence, preferably inside sales role
Positive, upbeat, professional demeanor with an outgoing personality
Previous medical receptionist or clinic receptionist experience
