Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking highly confident and experienced individuals to fill the leadership positions within the Food & Beverage Department. In conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager, Dining Room Supervisors are responsible for supervising the work of dining room personnel. Responsibilities include the operation and supervision of the dining room and lounge providing backup support to the Food and Beverage Manager. In addition to supervisory duties, this position also involves serving tables and ensuring each guest has a five star experience.

Qualifications/Experience

Fine Dining experience preferred but not necessary

Lounge serving experience preferred but not necessary

Good knowledge of food service styles and techniques

Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English

Self organizedand punctual with a well groomed appearance and professional attitude

The job commands a high level of adaptability and change that need to be dealt with easily, concerning both work and social environment

Must have a good knowledge offood and wines

Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong initiative

Ability to work independently

Willing to work a variety of dayand weekend shifts

Outstanding leadership and supervisory capabilities

Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization

High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility,and ability to work under pressure

Experience training, evaluating, and developing staff

Second Language (German) preferred

Compensation: Commencing at $16 per hour (Plus $1 per hour worked season completion bonus)
