E.I.J. is an industrial distributor that specializes in inventory management solutions, for industrial companies. As a pace setter in the Quebec industrial market, E.I.J. is seeking a hardworking & self-driven professional to develop the GTA (GTA-west emphasis).

We’re looking for a "hunter" to join us on our mission, as a Business Development Representative!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

 Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales (prospect vmi potential accounts).

 Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.

 Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets (vmi accounts).

 Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales managing the process through the Company CRM.

 Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

 Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.

 Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.

 Work with customer service team to proactively offer solutions to prospects/customers.

 Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

 Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects and customers.

JOB TYPE: Full Time

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years (industrial sales)

EDUCATION: Business related College degree preferable &/or equivalent experience.

COMPENSATION: EIJ offers a competitive base salary + commission (sales)
