Burrard Inlet Rail Contracting Ltd. is a rapidly expanding company based in Burnaby, BC.
This position is the perfect opportunity for someone likes to organize and manage administrative tasks, needs minimal direction and can "take a project and run with it". The following is a brief overview of the role;
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Management Team.
Manage project files.
Receive and collate information from the field.
Invoice and communicate with Customers as needed.
Order Material and Supplies.
Tracking of crew hours and complete time sheets for payroll.
Open, close and maintain a clean office.
Previous and demonstrated experience in this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Quickbooks.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Positive attitude and ability to complete tasks.
Available to work - Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
