Do you possess the following?

Minimum of 5 years experience managing the construction of single and multi family homes.
Able to manage multiple wood frame sites with construction budgets of $8M and up.
Proven track record on projects similar in size and scope is a requirement.
Knowledge of Timberline Construction Software is an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects is a requirement.
Certificate/Degree in Construction Management program is an asset

Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate all consultants from preliminary design phase to issue for construction drawings;
Able to plan for and implement personnel requirements for current project; able to plan for recruiting and retention of personnel for future projects.
Establish estimates and construction schedule.
Provide guidance and direction to site superintendent.
Monitor construction activity and budget to ensure that schedule and budget targets are being met; provide weekly status reports.
Maintain communication with Site Superintendent and Consultants throughout the construction process.
Assume full responsibility for the management of each project assigned through to completion
