Goodman Halioua LLP is a personal injury law firm located in midtown Toronto. The focus of the firm is on personal injury litigation for clients who have suffered serious injuries.
As Legal Assistant/Law Clerk, you will draft various documents including correspondence, pleadings, motion records, trial briefs and affidavits of documents; correspond with clients and adjusters; and oversee the production of files and documents. We are looking for someone seeking a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate or Diploma from an accredited Ontario College program and/or a post-secondary degree. Two or more years of accident benefits experience is preferred. Experience with PC Law, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
The environment is team-oriented and friendly and there is the opportunity to assume greater responsibility within the firm. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
