Askfortask is looking for a marketing specialist obsessed with driving growth. This is a critical role where you'll be held responsible for defining strategy, product and tactics for growth related initiatives. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers efficiently, driving organic and paid channels, and improving conversion from both online/offline channels.
The ideal candidate will have deep comfort and expertise with performance based acquisition channels, site optimization/testing, and organic traffic generation. A data-driven mindset, good creative instincts and a solid consumer marketing perspective are also highly valued.
As part of your role, specific responsibilities will include:
1) Leveraging paid media to reach target customers:
Manage marketing spend, creating overall paid media plan to acquire customers at a targeted CAC to weekly/monthly/yearly budget.
Optimize Social media campaigns by market and keyword to ensure efficient lead collection and conversion.
Develop and implement an Instagram Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness and conversions .
Build brand awareness through outdoor, direct mail, and other offline channels while maintaining targeted blended CAC.
2) Grow organic sources of traffic and manage internal levers to improve conversion to reduce overall CAC and enhance customer growth.
Develop and execute content (SEO) strategy leveraging all existing platforms to help grow organic traffic.
Analyze and refine referral program
Create and execute marketing plan for owned social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp.
Provide weekly updates on all key metrics including CAC, new plans and tasks posted, completed and more.
Develop e-mail programs (using Intercom, Mixpanel or similar tools) to maximize conversion and sales while improving media efficiency including drips, ad-hocs, and servicing emails.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in marketing or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferably 3+ years' of marketing/customer acquisition experience with ownership of a budget.
Deep comfort and expertise in leading and managing Social media Ad campaigns especially Instagram.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords / Tag Manager campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics & marketing automation tools (e.g. Intercom.io, Unbounce).
Analytics fanatic - Robust analytics and quantitative skills.
Familiarity with organic traffic generation and funnel optimization, with knowledge of referral programs and content marketing.
Creative Thinker – someone who is resourceful, obsessive about growth and finding new ways to attract customers
Salary range; $50 to $55K
