This is a technical lead position, focused on delivery excellence leveraging enterprise SAAS solutions, particularly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is designed to facilitate the delivery of quality omni-channel digital projects, primarily email solutions for a variety of clients. This role will deliver MarComm projects on-time, on-budget and in accordance with the stated business requirements. This position reports to the Marketing Automation Manager, XO Labs.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will:
Lead platform integrations, design process/campaign workflow architecture, and document solutions.
Lead SAAS product knowledge, act as product SME within the organization. Focus will be given to those with depth in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Lead platform integrations, design process/campaign workflow architecture, and document solutions.
Lead the build of complex email programs, including: Scheduled batch campaigns, real-time API triggered, re-occurring automated and journey orchestrated.
Work closely with the team of digital messaging specialist to support the development of HTML/CSS code for email marketing campaigns.
Maintain high level of accuracy and ownership with the delivery of flawless campaign execution.
Create reports for email campaigns
Complete in-depth testing on email campaigns. Coordinate with other teams (QA, Database, Client) for testing and approvals.
Deploy pushed and triggered email campaigns with a high level of accuracy
Drive continuous platform optimization by leading discussions and sharing opportunities with cross-functional teams. Leveraging new capabilities as new features become available/required.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you have/are:
5-8 years of experience with a top-tier Email Service Provider. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a must, including experience in various Studios and Builders.
Additional experience with other Salesforce tools is an advantage, including Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
A minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing HTML, CSS in email campaign delivery. With experience developing mobile-first, dynamic campaign templates.
Experience with email frameworks, email automation, triggers, and deployment.
An understanding of digital marketing channels (including email, SMS, Mobile Push, & Social) and how they can orchestrate a customer lifecycle journey.
Working knowledge of translating design requirements (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, etc) into technical requirements.
Highly solution-oriented and a self-motivator with experience in managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Constantly challenging the status quo to find better/more efficient ways to advance email concepts and development.
A “just run with it” attitude, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
A post-secondary education in Digital Media, Digital Arts, Technology, Front-End Programming.
An understanding of email and web design standards, CASL, CAN-SPAM, AODA.
SFMC Certification will be considered a strong asset for this role.
Capable with relevant programming languages including: Javascript, J-query (nice to have), SQL, API Rest/Soap, AMPScript (SFMC).
