The Facility Patient Care Manager is responsible for the administrative functions of the Hospital in the absence of Senior Administrative personnel. Ensures that the delivery of health care services is consistent with the philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Grace Hospital. Fosters/facilitates interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the institution as a whole and with other health care services to ensure a high standard of patient care. Directly accountable to the Program Director of Specialty Services & Allied Health.
A minimum of five (5) years experience with demonstrated management and leadership skills in hospital management.
Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline required. Masters degree preferred.
Current registration in a professional association/licensure in relevant discipline.
Current BCLS certification.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
