Requirements
- Provides individualized care and creates a home-like atmosphere for residents and their families
- Foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families and the care team to deliver holistic and safe care
- Observes and reports changes in the resident’s status
Qualifications
- HCA Certification or Equivalent OR currently enrolled in Nursing program(RN/RPN) with a minimum successful completion of year 2 OR a domestic or foreign trained nurse
- Albert HCA Directory #
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and related bedside care
