We take the stress out of travelling for passengers. With our platform, airlines can deliver content that lets passengers tailor their trip uniquely for themselves. This includes items and services for travelers throughout their whole trip, like priority boarding or lounge access, a tour of the Eiffel Tower if you're in Paris, or a personalized whiskey tour if you're in Dublin.

Who we are looking for:
Our Delivery team is looking to add a Senior Product Designer (UX focused) to our growing company. You'll build out our product design practice in support of our small, agile delivery teams composed of product managers, designers, testers and developers all committed to delivering great products collaboratively.
What you will do here:
Build and extend a coherent product design vision across our platform, including creative envisioning of what our platform and products can and should be
Create and lead a product design processes and frameworks that ensures great design goes into all the pieces of our platform
Be a thought leader regarding traveller behaviours and needs, leveraging a deep understanding of the experiences of travellers through research and data analysis
Evangelize the product design internally and help us embed it in everything we do
Apply your ability to distill complex and disparate information to map out user flows, help the team visualise your solution, and bring it to life
What you will need to excel here:
Expert level of Sketch or Figma and prototyping tools such as Craft & Invision or Zeplen
Good proficiency across core Adobe Creative Suite apps
Familiarity with high-fidelity prototyping & motion design tools such as Principle, InVision Studio or After Effects is a bonus
Highly skilled in generating complex omnichannel user flows, journeys, Information Architecture
Ability to create and take low fidelity wireframes/designs and explore various high fidelity designs quickly and efficiently
Deep understanding and passion for design systems and component-based design
Firm grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG), user experience principles, digital marketing products and usability testing
Experienced designing for native applications (iOS & Android) is a plus
The ability to collaborate across our polyskilled teams that work closely up and down our tech stack and across disciplines to build the best platform possible for our customers and passengers
A talent for helping everyone see the path forward for our design and make the best possible decisions on advancing our mission and living up to our values
An abiding curiosity about how to make the experience of travelling stress free and fulfilling for passengers all over the world
A drive for excellence and a passion for creating cool stuff, breaking down barriers and completely changing the game
5+ years of relevant experience with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, process, approach and design execution
Experience in travel products is a plus but not necessary
