The Content Coordinator will help lead this vision across all content strategizing, creation and publishing efforts, with a relentless passion for growing our reach, optimizing our offering and expanding our business alongside the marketing, sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside the Director of Marketing on a monthly and weekly basis to determine content themes, needs, timelines
  • Committing to a firm understanding of sales and marketing priorities for the month / quarter ahead, tying into content efforts
  • Maintaining shared ownership of monthly content calendar, liaising with director of marketing, graphic designer and other contractors and team members as needed
  • Writing, editing, publishing and reporting on pre-determined content for social, blog and e-news etc, with some graphics creation
  • General live event and marketing support as needed

Skills needed:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong digital/social media knowledge and experience
  • Must have experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for business
  • Experience using other platforms, such as, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Planoly, Later, Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite an asset
