What is the opportunity?

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate demand and create qualified sales opportunities, utilizing both digital and traditional sales tools, for Zafin’s software platform product offering. Your main focus is to generate and nurture qualified leads while collaborating on targeted campaigns. Having strengths in these areas and a passion for career and personal growth, you will have a proven track record of building a growth pipeline of key targets and personnel within target organization.

What will you do?

Leverage a digital pipeline to research and identify likely prospects. Then, creatively initiate outreach by a number of channels including email, phone, video, and more.
Supporting the sales team during the early stages of the sales cycle by qualifying opportunities and client inquiries.
Discover new opportunities for both new and existing customers by conducting outbound pipeline digital lead generation and pipeline qualification.
Track activities and maintain relevant information using SalesForce, Hubspot and other CRM platforms.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and following up in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Partner with our Sales Team to qualify their leads with our validated sales process.
Participate in events and support marketing activities to build the pipeline.
What do you need to succeed?

Must have’s

Bachelor’s degree/College Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Outbound lead generation experience.
3+ years of professional B2B sales experience with quota attainment selling tech over the phone and in person, following up leads, calling prospects, and researching the background of potential prospects.
Well versed in social media, social selling and digital growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a drive and hustle like no other.
A desire to learn and a sharp eye for detail.

Nice to have:
Utilization and knowledge of CRM & Sales tracking tools including SalesForce, Hubspot and others.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
