What You Will Do

Department: Marketing

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience at requests

What Skills You Have

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, and/or Certificates in Digital Marketing, Sales or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Must be well-trained and experienced in digital marketing platforms/tools like Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and others
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
