Prepare closing agendas and documentation related to corporate and tax transactions
Handle corporate audits, incorporations, mergers, dissolutions and tax restructurings
Assist lawyers in closing transactions
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the transactional and corporate sectors
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
Bilingualism (French/English), oral and written, is essential
