Working with a team of experienced retail professionals to support our clients and partners through a 1 month renovation in Hawkesbury, ON. MCA offers unique work while allowing you to gain valuable experience. This position also comes with a great opportunity to join new and exciting projects throughout the year.
WAGE: $25/hr
HOURS: Full-Time (40 Hours per week)
SHIFTS: 11:00PM to 7:00AM, Sunday through Thursday
DATES: ASAP to June 30th, 2023
Operating as a cohesive unit led by our Team Leads, our Merchandising Team and Fixture Installation team will work closely together throughout the duration of the project.
Merchandising
- Reset sections of the store to planograms

Building endcaps and retail displays

Installing new price tags and signage
Fixture Building
- Safely receive and unload retail store fixture shipments

Deconstruct, move and build/place retail store fixtures

Utilization of hand and construction tools
You are reliable, turning up each night and working safely alongside the team to deliver quality work.
Our Ideal Merchandiser:
- At least one year of merchandising and planogram experience is essential

Experience working in a grocery or drug store environment is preferred

Previous experience working with planograms in a big box store is a definite asset
Our Ideal Fixture Builder:
- At least one year experience building fixtures in a big box retailer is an asset

Previous experience with a variety of hand and construction tools is essential

Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
