The primary responsibility of this position of Office Administrator located in the reception area is to perform all front desk activities.
In addition, the employee is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner while helping to create a professional and welcoming office environment for Realtors®, staff, clients or partners.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Answer all reception related incoming calls and email inquiries
Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages, email, and fax transmissions
Greet, assist visitors, and the general public
Open and date stamp all correspondence and mail
Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
Provide word-processing, copying, drafting of correspondence, and secretarial support
Ensure office is neat and tidy including conference rooms and common areas
Pick up and deliver mail, arrange for couriers
Perform other related duties as required
Attention to details is required in this position.
