Duties include but not limited to:

The Cook is responsible for running the line in the kitchen and help with banquet prep if needed also make sandwiches, muffins, cookies, pastries and more. They will execute and provide high quality food and guest experience to our guests (golfers, weddings, tournaments and events)

What you will do.

-hands on cooking while simultaneously driving speed of service and quality control

-assist with daily features and ideas to drive the business

-ensure all BOH areas are highly organized and meticulously clean

-responsible for opening or closing the kitchen and all open and close procedures are followed

-own reliable transportation as we are not located on public transportation line

About you

-you have some experience in working on the line and prepping for the station

-you work calmly under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency to hit timelines

-basic food safety certification

-you are a great problem solver, self-motivated, and keep a high paced kitchen organized

-love working with food and cooking high quality, local ingredients

-creativity and ability to cook foods from scratch

-Must maintain a clean, well-groomed and joyful appearance at all times

-challenging yourself to become better everyday

-Staying focused on the task at hand

-Communication with staff and management must be at the highest level. Must be willing to receive calls when not on shift

-must be willing to work alone or part of a team
