We are looking for an energetic and efficient person to join our team for a maternity leave contract!
Working at the OzTREKK office in Perth, Ontario, the Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator works directly with both the Marketing and Recruitment teams at OzTREKK, while also providing support to our Admissions and Operations teams.
This role requires someone who is equal parts organized and creative! Primary tasks and activities include event logistics for all major OzTREKK activities across Canada; travel logistics for OzTREKK team members and partner representatives; management of all marketing materials; social media management for OzTREKK's Instagram and Facebook; and contributing to the overall message and brand awareness for OzTREKK.
The successful candidate will be required to work independently and will need to have considerable skills in the areas of time management and organization, as this role is heavily project focused. Attention to detail will be critical to success!
Additional qualities of a successful candidate include:
Proficiency with various computer applications, including the basics: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills in a courteous and effective manner when dealing with team members, students and partners
High level of organization skills and event planning experience
Excellent use of English; verbal and written
Social media knowledge and some video experience are a bonus! Willingness to learn is essential.
