Associate Product Manager CAP

Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Product Manager CAP, are to:

Following Bayer’s marketing excellence principles, collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop brand plans aligned with the overall business strategy that extend product lifecycle, deliver sales targets and grow market share
Plan and execute marketing plan tactics identified from brand planning; including contingencies, monitoring and measuring key milestones and communicating progress with stakeholders
Execute and measure the progress of marketing programs vs. business objectives and communicate to stakeholders. Monitor brand sales, market share, spending and competitive activity
Efficiently manage advertising and promotional spending to optimize brand performance
Collaborate with supply chain partners to manage product forecasting process, to ensure optimal inventory levels and achieve required forecast accuracy and DOH targets
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and manage the marketing aspect of product line extensions and new product launches
Liaise with US and global counterparts to gain insights, initiate business relationships with customer stakeholders to support brand growth

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in science or business, (MBA, business degree or DVM considered assets)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience with background in animal health, consumer or digital marketing preferred
Functions comfortably within a team based environment
Excellent communication, planning and interpersonal skills (oral/written); able to confidently present at business meetings
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficient computer skills, including all MS office applications
