Overview:
The Account Manager will service an assigned base of customers by responding to quote requests, positioning new solutions, and providing overall account coordination with our technical consultants and product specialists.

Work Experience:
5 years' experience in an IT sales role.

Responsibilities:
Help provide IT technical solutions to Manitoba customers with a focus on developing strategic accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
Provide fast, courteous and knowledgeable support for customers in their ongoing requirements to purchase professional services and products from Broadview.
Provide account management including coordination of Account Team Resources.
Update customer database and proper documentation of quotes, activities, and time.
Demonstrate professional development including product knowledge training.
Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on existing clients and progress of goal attainment.
Attend sales and technology training as required.
Pursue contract renewals.
Visit with potential clients and explain Broadview's IT services and solutions.
Build customer loyalty, ensuring communication is open and efficient.
Ensure overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and technology trends.
Must be self-motivated, confident, with excellent oral communication abilities; a high comfort level with approaching, educating, and sharing knowledge with customers.
Proven experience with developing long-term customer relationships.
Driven personality with an extroverted and confident approach to working with customers.

Skills:
Must have strong time management skills with the aptitude of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Access to a vehicle for personal transportation throughout Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.

Decision Making:
Performs duties within the scope of policies and procedures. Uses judgment within acceptable practices.

Leadership & Supervision:
Work leadership; provide guidance to peers for defined tasks.
