Are you interested in joining an exciting new Fintech division of Purpose Financial with uncapped earning potential?

Responsibilities include:
Managing end to end sales cycle from prospecting to new client acquisition
Using online CRM tool (Hubspot) to source leads, track pipeline, and maintain notes
Developing key internal relationships with Account Managers, Marketing, and Sales Operations
Take ownership of your assigned territory across Canada, and the US.
Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, and referrals.
Attend weekly training programs to help master the pitch, and demo
Tracking and reporting on sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications

Required:
Minimum 1 year of sales expereince
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a track record of taking on new challenges
Ability to build strong relationships, consult, negotiate and influence others to meet goals
Passion for learning and personal development
Demonstrated ability to achieve and meet goals with tenacity and determination
Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to speak with individuals at all levels in a company.
Ability to work effectively as a team player
A positive, professional, and can do attitude
