Raven Force Couriers is searching to fill a few open positions for Full-Time and Part-Time, Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Accept both written and verbal communications from customers and fellow team members and relay information appropriately
- Liaise with the Operations Supervisor while assisting customers and delivery drivers by phone and email to ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Greet customers who come to pick up their parcel at the delivery center
- Scan and manage parcel returns
- Data entry, report production and use of internal system
- Know how to manage different types of situations
- Ensure the cleanliness of workplaces to ensure that they are always presentable
- Follow the occupational health and safety rules in force
Requirements:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Have previous experience in a warehouse environment (asset)
- Have strong communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient in English
- Have great organizational skills
- Comfortable with a computer (Microsoft Suite, G-Suite)
- Able to manage stress
