We’re looking for a Supervisor, Operations based out of our Burnaby, British Columbia global headquarters.

The Opportunity:
The Funding Supervisor will be responsible to lead a team of Transaction Support Reps/ Sr TSR’s and Funding Support Reps whose primarily responsibility is completing lease and loan documentation on those transactions approved by Ritchie Bros. Financial Services.

The representative effectively and efficiently interface with team members from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers auction sites as well as customers who have successfully won their bid either online or in person at the sale.

In this role you’ll:
Supervision and training of new hires maximizing individual strengths and striving for excellence in Customer Service
Assist with Interviewing and hiring new employees
Coaching and mentoring ensuring EPM aspects are met, completing semiannual and annual performance evaluations
Coordinate and assign daily work for the TSR’s
Investigate and resolve customer concerns independently and or in collaboration with Sales Manages.
Participate in special projects and additional adhoc duties
Assist with month end closing and reporting
Manage document changes and implementation
Analyze statistical data and make recommendations for Improvement
Manage OT / Vacation and scheduling conflicts

Here’s what you bring:
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, credit decisioning, contract management and/or loan application software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relation ships
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Self-Motivated and able to work unsupervised
Solid work ethic and confidential
Ability to execute in high pressure situations and periods
