Admin

  • Answer a 3 line switchboard for incoming calls (most calls go to direct lines)
  • Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Assist with report preparation, editing, formatting and binding documents
  • Assist with printing, binding and scanning documents for archiving
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as required

Marketing

  • Manage company social media accounts, twitter, facebook, linked in, Instagram
  • Manage Email marketing campaigns using Mail Chimp
  • Design marketing materials
  • Competitor Analysis – provide reports for Partners regarding competitor activity
  • Responsible for optimizing SEO and SEM
  • In conjunction with Senior staff assist with RFP preparation
  • Website maintenance
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports for senior staff
  • Other duties as needed

Experience:

  • Marketing Assistant: 1 year (Required)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
