What will your typical day look like?

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Oracle sales & service cloud project. Lead teams to imagine, deliver and operate the Oracle cloud solution. You will design customer journeys covering sales and service organizations, building an agile and effective sales and service capability for the client. All this while defining a modern human experience (HUX).

About the team

The Oracle CX Cloud Team focuses on transforming how our clients interact with their customers in the digital age across eCommerce, marketing, sales and service. The team provides industry and functional consulting services. This includes advisory and implementation of Oracle sales and service Cloud (engagement cloud) capabilities.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:
Has knowledge of contact center solutions, service management and CRM
Experience in at least 1-2 Oracle Sales and Service Cloud implementations, demonstrated expertise in the product, its capabilities and how to design and implement it
Proven ability to lead, engage and collaborate with individuals across various disciplines, cultures and backgrounds to achieve shared goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence and ability to interact effectively with senior executives, external parties and internal team
