RedX is a import wholesale company in the apparel business. We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team to help support the sales and production team, be the key person responsible for shipping and managing our warehouses, and to coordinate daily tasks given by the Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Managing all inventory (inventory entry, keeping track of current ATS (available to sell))
  • Data entry for purchase orders to vendors and client orders from customers
  • Managing customer disputes by issuing credit notes
  • Invoicing picking slips upon receiving from warehouse
  • Communicating with customers regarding invoicing and promptly sending them out in a timely manner
  • Managing all files on our network and physical filing system
  • Creating UPC codes spreadsheets
  • Creating purchase order excel spreadsheets separated by season
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Organizing all CADs, and updating the line sheets according to our inventory

Warehouse Duties

  • Shipping/Handling
  • Being the liaison person for all warehouse communication
  • Overseeing the warehouses
  • Creating packing lists/picking slips when the orders are ready to be shipped
  • Receiving the picking slip and comparing it to our inventory
  • Creating BOL accordingly
  • Following shipping instructions per customer
  • Making appointments to third party warehouses or with customers when necessary to deliver goods
  • Handling all freight and shipping according to customer’s special request or cheapest
  • Overseeing shipping problems and resolving them accordingly

Production Duties

  • Purchase order entries with fabric and trims according to the production team
  • Making sure packing instructions are according to customer’s request (pre-packs, price stickers/tickets)
  • Creating SKUs for price tickets and ordering it from the vendors

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven office knowledge, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
  • Adobe Photoshop knowledge preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Computer skills is required
  • Working in the Apparel industry is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32,500.00 to $35,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Office Knowledge, Admin, Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Apparel Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excel: 3 years (Required)
