We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Director, IT Project Management, you will work closely with our Project Managers to assist them in organizing ongoing projects.

More specifically, you will monitor and update project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures and provide administrative support to the PMO team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met and supporting the change control process
  • Undertaking project tasks
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained/updated
  • Assessing project risks and issues, as well as providing solutions where applicable
  • Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Conducting PIRS and postmortems

You have:

  • Post-Secondary education in business or a related field
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role
  • Experience maintaining project documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with MS Project (asset only)
