Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the role of this position is to coordinate sales department activities of the Saint-Augustin Branch with the service department.
Plan, coordinate and prioritize with shop personnel the preparation of equipment sold, in accordance with established procedures.
Assist Sales Representatives and customers throughout the equipment sales process, from quotation to delivery.
Prepare cost sheets for sales representatives and customers.
Generate and create sales reports to support business analysis and decisions making.
Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external customers.
Post-secondary diploma in administration or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years' of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of heavy equipment or mechanic an asset.
Knowledge of MS Office suite.
Bilingual: French and English.
Team oriented; organized; accurate; strong planning skills.
