Job Summary

The Front Desk Superstar is the confident face of our brand – will it be you!? Do you have the confidence and skill to effectively communicate with teammates, leaders, and guests? Do you have a passion for all thing’s hair? Have you been in a customer service role(s) for three years or more? Are you dedicated to providing an experience that exceeds all expectations?

The Front Desk Superstar is responsible for greeting and seating guests, communicating effectively with the stylists and apprentices, planning and adjusting apprentice support throughout the day, booking clients, managing wait and cancellation lists, answer calls and emails, receiving, labelling, and stocking retail inventory, and more!

Job Type / Category

We are open seven days a week and require someone that can work at least four days a week on a flexible schedule. Front desk team members are required to be available for opening and closing shifts as well as weekends.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Two years of customer service is required.
