Overview of the opportunity
The Intelligent Automation (IA) practice objective is to solve business problems leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as RPA, machine learning (including natural language processing), voice recognition and low code development platforms. The IA practice provides services from IA Business Case, IA Opportunities Scans and IA Target Operating Models to developing, deploying and operating automations.
As part of a growing team, the IA Senior Manager will be exposed to all components of the practice, while continuously learning about the latest artificial intelligence technologies.

What you will do

Guide your clients through the consideration of complex technology transformations to help clients build, transform and operationalize Digital IT capabilities into the new breed of customer experience-based business models

Manage emerging technologies and delivery of IA and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions

Define and implement: Automation Robotics, AI, across evolving multi-speed IT, agile approaches, lightweight architectures, DevOps, API and/or Cloud platform capabilities.

Manages relationship with IA consumers and enhance our pipeline in close collaboration with the Partner and leadership team

Manage the delivery of multiple customer strategy client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.

Conduct data-driven analysis and segmentation to create strategies that drive performance improvement and enhance the customer experience.

Manage, mentor, and train senior consultants and managers in developing skills and applying methodologies.

Work across various stakeholder groups up to senior and executive leadership to facilitate all phases of projects from inception to close.

Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the development and submission of proposals and bid documents.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership in support of national practice development and growth.

What you bring to the role

7+ years of experience of advising, scoping and delivering innovative technologies and other transformation initiatives services within multiple industries

Hands on experience with features and functionalities of RPA - Robotic Process Automation tools and AI technologies

Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.

Passion for and commercial experience in some emerging technology trends e.g. RPA, AI, ML, NLP, Mobility, Cloud, Blockchain, Security, Digital, Collaboration Tools, Application Modernization, etc…

Highly strategic with advanced analytics skill set (customer analytics).

Proven ability to think creatively, holistically, and to problem solve.

Can clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address client requirements.

Proven project management success with strong track record on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects.

Experience working in a client facing role with strong relationship management skills and business development capability

Superior written communication skills with strong report and proposal development experience

Team leadership capabilities with a drive to work closely in a collaborative team environment, lead teams and manage project deliverables.
