We are looking for a detailed-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Inventory Management & Operational Systems, the Master Data Analyst will be the subject matter expert in the creation and maintenance of master data and all related master data processes within the growing organization.

Creation & maintenance of master data elements across various data domains (products, BOMs, & more)
Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert for new product setups
Support various departments through creation & validation of documentation
Assist with the design, implementation & change management of master data related business processes & controls
Monitor & review data quality reports ensuring completeness and data accuracy is maintained throughout the system
Adhere to the data governance policies & procedures across the organization
Execute ad-hoc data remediation projects as required
Identify areas for data quality improvements & helps with data quality solutions
Perform other master data management related duties & responsibilities as assigned or required

Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management field, Supply Chain or equivalent related experience
Knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory (1+ years of ERP experience is an asset)
1+ years of manufacturing or supply chain environment(s) is an asset
Knowledge of Master Data Management Principles & Best Practices is an asset
An interest in the cannabis industry is an asset
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
