We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. This person should possess outstanding experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for technology, software and innovative business solutions. We are seeking candidates who are driven to ensure our customers are successful.
You’ll spend your day
Building, managing and growing trusted advisor relationships with our customers
Analyzing customer needs and communicating findings back to Product, Solutions and Sales departments
Helping to prepare and present Business Reviews for key accounts
Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Using CRM tools to track your communications and customer updates
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, attributes and abilities:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS, or three (3) years experience working in a trucking organization or freight brokerage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong presentation skills
