Landslo, a FutureSight company, is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Inside Sales Assistant. At Landslo, an ISA is a professional real estate sales assistant who is trained by industry experts in real estate. They are tasked to actively convert, and nurture leads from the first contact until a qualifying event, sale or transaction occurs. An ISA is more than just an administrative real estate assistant, their goal is to engage and nurture each lead generated using protocols that are measured and reported to increase conversion rates.
The Inside Sales Representative must be a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional. This individual will be responsible for generating new client acquisitions and capturing future interest in high-demand solutions via outbound, dialer-assisted call campaigning primarily. The Inside Sales Representative will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls to fuel new customer acquisition. The Inside Sales Representative will not engage with current customers and instead will be responsible for communicating the value of Landslo.com offerings to real estate professionals that have no current Landslo.com solution. All sales activities will be conducted via the phone, and the use of computer systems will be necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with consumers and real estate agents via phone call, text, and email, and assist Landslo in having improved conversations.
Monitor the engagement between all Landslo parties, including Landslo’s AI itself, throughout the real estate referral process, remediating issues, and proactively following up with any outstanding items.
Responsible for all transaction milestones between parties and updating all relevant home journey information.
Generate new sales made to real estate professionals.
Make a high volume of outbound calls (125 - 150 per day) via our call dialer platform to secure new business sales.
Speak with real estate professionals to conduct an extensive needs analysis with prospects, matching them with products that meet their needs.
Utilize scripting to convert leads and opportunities.
Must follow standard operating procedures; Must document and follow up all activities in our customer management system.

Must have outstanding grammar
Highly refined cold calling communication skills
Fluent in English
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends & holidays
Passionate about helping consumers with their largest life purchase
Phenomenal texting skills
1-2 years experience and proven success in tele-sales
Background in real estate and/or mortgage is a plus
Prior experience in a tech company is also a bonus
College Degree preferred but not required
Compensation for our Inside Sales Assistant is a mix of a base cash package and performance-based incentives.
