Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
To deliver excellent customer service at all times portraying a positive image for
the brand.

To lead the food court team and undertake day to day leadership and delivery of
all tasks supporting operational delivery excellence at Kildonan Place.

To manage excellent relationships with our client, suppliers and customers.

To lead, recruit, develop and retrain staff to deliver quality services in the
most efficient and effective manner and achieve a “One Team” approach within
the business.

To ensure that the Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service
delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and our client.

Completion of all monthly reporting systems to include JHSC/Safety Talks /Safety
Inspections/ daily logs and incident reports.

Work closely and support the other team supervisors as required.

Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies
and procedures which will include accident reporting / investigation, delivery
of toolbox talks, maintenance of statutory and non-statutory records etc.

Support and work closely with the site Customer Services and Security teams.

Management of staff rotas ensuring efficient use of team at all times.

Management of the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials.

Daily monitoring of cleaning standards ensuring team proactively respond to all tasks
as required.

Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with
manufactures and company operating procedures.

Proactively lead the team looking at innovations and efficiencies within the industry.

Ensure the teams are fully trained, managing the ongoing refresher training program in
line with the central Learning and Development team.

Management of the periodic cleaning schedules.

Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory role or similar

Skills & Abilities (Competencies)

We want someone knowledgeable in cleaning equipment usage and general maintenance, i.e walk-behind / ride-on scrubbers, polishers or swing machine, etc.
