Rotaflow is an established engineering, design, construction, retrofit, and maintenance company. We specialize in Fire Protection, Electrical and Instrumentation systems. Rotaflow is seeking an experienced Logistics/VMI Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, select and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
  • Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures
  • Actively plan and execute cost reduction opportunities
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly and year-end inventory counts
  • Identify priorities and make appropriate resource trade-offs
  • Abide by all health and safety rules and have demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping and organizational practices
  • Maintain tool crib area and effectively operate the Vendor Managed Inventory program (VMI)
  • Maintaining minimums’, maximums’ and reorder point of Inventory
  • Maintenance of vehicles on site
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Purchasing or a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years experience with materials and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities smoothly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Suncor site experience is a definite asset
Conditions of Employment:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Driver's Abstract may be requested
  • Willingness to work in varying work schedules based on project and operational requirements
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
