Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator- Mississauga

Mississauga, Ontario/ Full-time

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, A/R & Credit, this position is a full cycle Accounts Receivable role including credit functions, with some level of supervision.

Reconcile all customer accounts and process credit/debit notes for discrepancies based on guidelines

Enter customers payments in SAP

Order releases based on set guidelines and processes

Follow-up for past dues and communicate with customers accordingly

Communicate with Sales/Logistics/Supply Chain for collection & reconciliation related issues

Maintain customer information by ensuring that credit insurance limits, etc. are updated regularly

Performs and assist in special projects any other duties as assigned from time to time

Your profile

Minimum High School graduate

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of the SAP systems.

Time management, inter-personal, telephone,analytical, communication – verbal & written, and computer skills – MS Office and SAP

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Specifically Excel)

Must be capable of using good judgment and discretion when exposed to confidential information

Must meet minimum standards for computer and accounting knowledge
