About our position:

As a software sales representative you will be responsible for introducing our software products to new potential customers and working with them through the sales process to an eventual decision to come on board as a customer. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the following tasks while working from our downtown Victoria office:

  • Responding to new customer information requests by phone and email
  • Performing remote software demonstrations
  • Completing follow-ups with potentials
  • Assisting with customer on-boarding
  • Gathering new leads
  • Closing sales contracts

We are looking for a focused, internally-driven sales representative who prides themselves on being able to solve objections and close effectively. A proactive approach to sales and a love of being on the phone are essential for this position as many follow-up calls and emails with prospects may be required to close each sale. We are hoping to find candidates with experience selling or being involved with software or other technology products. As our products are technical in nature a solid understanding of computer technologies is essential to success in this role.

Compensation will be based mainly on a yearly salary dependent on experience with an opportunity to add to the base amount with a commission or bonus structure. Also included will be a health and dental benefits plan after 3-months of employment and a few company perks.
