WSP is currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Facilities group, located at our Thornhill office. Reporting to the Manager this position will be responsible for heading critical client I&C/SCADA projects as well as foster business relationships with existing and new clients for business development. The successful candidate will help grow the Process Automation (I&C/SCADA) team and explore business opportunities within and outside of the GTA.
Senior Project Management and Mentoring Junior Project Managers
Design and Review drawings
Develop Specifications and Tender Documents
Develop Process Control Narratives (PCN)
Develop CADD drawings in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation
Develop Engineering Lists (Instrument, Cable and I/O lists)
Professional Engineer of Ontario (in good standing)
20+ years of technical experience in Automation, Instrumentation, Control System and SCADA, Electrical;
10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater industry;
Great interpersonal skills, great communicator and positive attitude;
Self-motivated and results driven attitude towards business;
Experience mentoring less experienced engineers;
Great planning and organizational skills;
Natural leader, experience leading small to medium groups;
Strong working knowledge of local major Water/Wastewater client standards;
Sales experience is an asset;
