We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and independent person to join our team in Brampton. The successful candidate will understand that taking care of our clients is our number one priority. Must be a well organized individual who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and handle the reception area
  • Handle and direct incoming emails and calls to the appropriate party
  • Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) faxing, photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (must have excellent knowledge in Excel)
  • Working knowledge of payroll (basic accounting), creating invoices, etc.
  • Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with recruiting (an asset)
  • Scheduling Employees as per the order

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years with relevant experience
