We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and independent person to join our team in Brampton. The successful candidate will understand that taking care of our clients is our number one priority. Must be a well organized individual who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Answer phone calls and handle the reception area
- Handle and direct incoming emails and calls to the appropriate party
- Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) faxing, photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (must have excellent knowledge in Excel)
- Working knowledge of payroll (basic accounting), creating invoices, etc.
- Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with recruiting (an asset)
- Scheduling Employees as per the order
- Minimum 1-2 years with relevant experience
