As Assistant Manager, you will be our brand ambassador and customer service leader. You will work closely with the Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales and profits, and ensure seamless daily operations which includes the provision of staff supervision and direction.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise customer sales associates, providing direction and feedback, delegating jobs, and monitoring performance and customer service
· Communicate with manager on staffing, operational, and other concerns to ensure smooth operation of the business
· Develop and implement promotions using technology to drive traffic and increase online sales
· Manage online orders, oversee fulfillment, communicate with online customers and handle customer service issues
· Participate in the hiring and training of new sales associates
· Oversee inventory control, use POS systems for inventory management and barcoding
· Assist manager in merchandise ordering and communication with vendor reps
· Ensure staff adherence to health and safety protocols and policies
· Oversee weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance of store cleanliness
· Organize storage locker spaces and staff areas, and arrange extra assistance as needed
· Perform bank tasks, purchase supplies, and fulfill other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as required
Qualifications/Experience:
· Extensive customer service experience in retail, sales or related fields
· Minimum 2 to 3 years supervisory experience
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license
· Ability to lift boxes/bins up to 50lb
· Available for 4-5 shifts a week between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm (including 2 Saturdays a month).
