Role Description

The Learning Program Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of our L&D operations, or the platforms and programs within our curricula. The incumbent will perform a full range of functions associated with the various learning offerings and system, along with provide learning, talent and organizational development data where needed.

Accountabilities:
Manage administration and maintenance of Success Factors (includes ongoing testing for new content, uploading and creating new content and programs, assignment profiles etc.).
Monitor L&D Mailbox – assist employees and people leaders with general enrollment or learning questions
Proactively plan and monitor facilitated events; proactively review trends to inform future offering (# and locations) and immediate actions to drive up registration (marketing blasts etc.)
Produce and assist with planning and logistics of virtual led sessions (Leadership effectiveness spotlights, townhalls, etc.)
Work with all members of L&D to monitor, modify and improve L&D programs and platforms
Document and maintain Success Factors policies and procedures
Print and ship materials required for ILT courses across Canada
Ad hoc support to larger talent and organizational development team
Assist with support and sustainment needs of Success Factors Performance modules (Goals, performance, continuous performance) as requested

Qualifications

Post-secondary is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience working on and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with SAP is an asset
Bilingualism in French is an asset
