Federated Agencies, is looking to fill the role of Team Leader, Brokering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of brokers responsible for marketing and pre-underwriting Specialty Lines Accounts, recommending and interpreting Special Lines products and coverage, while building strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure excellent client service.
What you’re responsible for:
Formulating, implementing and evaluating department workflows ensuring national service standards are achieved.
Co-ordinating multiple initiatives and priorities, assessing impacts and ensuring standards, best practices and quality service are maintained.
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key business partners, both internal and external, to contribute to effective and efficient delivery of client focused service.
Managing expenditures and compensation strategy within a department budget by developing plans to achieve financial goals.
Coaching, training and developing team members and providing timely feedback to achieve department objectives.

To join our team:
Grade 12 graduate with 10 years previous brokering experience is required.
Post-secondary diploma is considered an asset.
Possess or willing to obtain and maintain RIBO and other provincial licences.
