Absolute attention to overall diligence of cleanliness in the kitchen workplace.

Excellent understanding of quality control and sanitation codes in all aspects in the kitchen.

This is a daytime position for hours between 7am-5pm only, must be able to work weekdays and weekends (day-time) We are only open Wednesday-Sunday.

(Required to have full understanding of breakfast, brunch service and production)

The Vanitea Room Requirements:

Our winning candidate must have successful completion at a recognized institution of culinary academia

(Required to have 3-5 years working experience in related field. No interviews granted without strong cooking experience)

Must have terrific team skills.

A strong direction to prioritize all tasks and be a Vanitea Team player.

Produces and creates excellent quality food items constantly.

Strong communication approach.

Experience in breakfast and line prep, thorough background in pastry and sweets an absolute asset
