Line / Prep Cooks
We are seeking the services of highly motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. The successful candidates must be able to provide the high level of service expected by our members and guests. We are looking for energetic motivated individuals who have a creative passion for food, and the skills and the desire to exceed the expectations of our guests!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time and items are produced quickly and efficiently with pride and attention to detail
- Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
- Perform all opening and closing assignments as instructed
- Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
- one year experience in a full service kitchen environment preferred or have completed a recognized culinary training program
- Registered apprentices and culinary arts students are welcome to apply!
- Food Safe training preferred
- The desire to learn new skills and succeed are a requirement for all positions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients
