CenterLine Machinery Division is looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of Crib Attendant responsible for issuing tools and other equipment from the crib to all employees. The Attendant is also responsible for the accurate accounting of the tools distributed while monitoring inventory levels of equipment stored in the crib. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Enter purchased part receipts into Visual
Enter disbursements from Crib/Visual to work orders
Amend material and quantities on sub-component work orders as required
Receive sub-component work orders to stock
Requisition electrical work orders to stock
Requisition shop consumables/supplies
Pick stock for daily transfers and customer orders
Add material cards to work orders
Perform cycle counts as required
Physically place and remove stock items
Recommend min/max inventory levels
Provide various back-up support duties for Material Coordinator, Shipper Receiver, and Material Handler as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Secondary School diploma
1-3 years manufacturing / stores experience
ERP system experience
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
